Initial Comments:An off-site, unannounced follow-up survey completed January 5, 2023, found that Caresense Home Health had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts Band C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as the result of an unannounced onsite re-certification survey completed October 12, 2022.

Initial Comments:An unannounced, off-site follow-up survey completed January 5, 2023, found that, Caresense Home Health had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facitlies, Subpart G., Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as the result of an unannounced, on-site re-licensure survey completed October 12, 2022.
